Looks like he has big ace on first hand, and on the big stack he will probably be willing to gamble - no need for coin flip at best (you'd have to get real lucky for him to be on 55-99)? Second hand he should have check raised that turn if he wanted to put any more chips in the pot; avoiding the ass of a spot he put himself in.
Hand #1:
What I would do: Fold.
What Gambler would do: flat call, check-raise allin on KK3 flop.
Hand #2:
What I would do: Check-raise on the turn, but as played, in the 15 seconds I'd have to act I would fold. He's getting about 2-1 and I think against your range he's not quite good enough to make the call here. I agree with Gambler that he put himself in a shitty spot.
What Gambler would do: Raise minimum preflop, bet out the pot on any flop and reraise a raise allin.
